QuickBooks Online — that is what I work in. If you are already on it, great. If you are not on any software yet, I can help you get set up on QuickBooks as part of getting started. Either way, we will figure out the right setup on our first call.

Yes. Catch-up bookkeeping is one of the most common starting points. We will assess the scope on our call, I will give you a clear quote for the cleanup, and we go from there. Starting messy is completely normal — getting current is the whole point.

No. You grant read-only access to your existing accounts through a secure connection. I work within your current setup as much as possible and only suggest changes when there is a real reason for it.

Software records transactions — it does not catch errors, flag wrong categories, or tell you what your P&L actually means. That is the human part. The value is not the tool, it is knowing how to use it correctly and knowing what to look for.

Yes, and it usually makes their job easier. Your accountant handles strategy and filing. I handle the ongoing bookkeeping that makes their work accurate and efficient. A lot of accountants actually prefer when their clients have a dedicated bookkeeper.

Completely. Your books are between you and me. I do not discuss, share, or reference client financials with anyone. Confidentiality is not a policy — it is just how this works.

Pricing depends on your transaction volume, number of accounts, and whether you need catch-up work first. I quote after the discovery call so the number is actually accurate for your situation — not a rough estimate based on nothing.

No long-term contracts. You are on a month-to-month arrangement and can cancel with 30 days notice. If you move on, I will make sure the handoff is clean.
